"After a very pleasant dining experience on Friday night, September 17, I could not let the experience slide without passing on my compliments to you regarding a member of your staff. My husband and I were fortunate to have Wayne as our waiter. What a charming, polished, gracious, efficient man he is. He made the evening even more special by his attention to our comfort and enjoyment. I simply could not let my second wonderful experience with Wayne slide without sending my accolades. On a previous lunch time visit with an old friend, Wayne was so solicitous and patient with us as we chatted away much longer that the normal lunch crowd. Wayne never made us fill rushed and was so sweet to make us feel as though we were Nero's most important guests for the afternoon. I have regretted not bringing our praise of Wayne to your attention previously. He is a treasure!

"I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic job Hal, Jenny and everyone at Nero’s did for our gathering of West High Bluejays Saturday night.
